Bulief Watch Company cares greatly about your privacy. We exclusively process data that we need for (improving) our services, and carefully handle all information gathered about you and your usage of our services. The starting date for the validity of these terms and conditions is 23/02/2022, withthe publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions is canceled. Brixion
Our web store has been developed with Brixion software. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services, are shared with this party. Brixion has access your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for another purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, Brixion is obliged to: take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Brixion uses cookies to store technical information collect in relation to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Brixion reserves the right to process collected data within its own group to further improve the service.
E-mail and mailinglists

Our website uses Brixion, a third party that sends e-mail traffic of our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive of our website and web forms are sent through Brixion's servers. Brixion will be your never use name and e-mail address for your own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is automated via our website has been submitted you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. Your personal data will be processed by Brixion stored securely. Brixion uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. Brixion reserves the right to use data for the further improvement of the service and in this context information to share with third parties.
Hostnet
For our regular business email, we use the email services of Hostnet. This party has implemented technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss or corruption of your data. Hostnet does not have access to our mailbox and we treat our email-traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
Stripe To handle (part of) the payments in our web store, we use the Stripe platform. Stripe processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has appropriate technical and organizational measures taken to protect your personal data. Stripe reserves it right to use your data to further improve the service and in that context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. Stripe shares in the case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility) personal data and information related to your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also applies to the parts of Stripe's services for which they engage third parties. Stripe does not store your data longer than on the basis of the legal terms is permitted.

We use WebwinkelKeur to gather reviews. To leave behind a review you are required to fill in your email address, name and place of residence. WebwinkelKeur shares certain data with us that is required for us to match your review to your order. Furthermore, WebwinkelKeur publishes your name and place of residence on their own website. In some instances, WebwinkelKeur can contact you to ask you to clarify, elaborate or comment on your review. In case of one of our review requests we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur, they use this information with the sole purpose to invite you to leave behind a review. WebwinkelKeur has implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Transport and logistics
PostNL
If you place an order with us it is our responsibility to have your order successfully delivered to you. For the delivery we use the services of PostNL. For a successful delivery it is important that we share you name, address and residential details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information with the sole purpose to carry out the agreement of delivery. In case of PostNL hiring subcontractors, they will share said information with these parties.
Accounting and Bookkeeping
MoneyBird
For our accounting, administration and bookkeeping we use the services of MoneyBird. We share your name, address, residential details and general details concerning your order/purchase. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is securely sent and stored, MoneyBird has implemented fitting technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss or unauthorised use. MoneyBird is obligated to a duty of confidentiality and will treat your data accordingly. MoneyBird does not use your personal data for any other purposes other than those previously described above.

General purpose of data processing We use your data with the sole purpose of providing you with our services. This means that the goal of processing this data stands in direct relation to the assignment or task that you offer us. We do not use this data for (addressed) marketing purposes.
