From where do we ship?
We ship all our watches from the Netherlands, Europe.

What does shipment cost?
We provide free shipment worldwide to show our appreciation to all buyers of a Bulief watch.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you're located in the Netherlands, you'll receive your order within 2 working days. The rest of Europe will take around 2-5 working days.
Outside of Europe you can expect your order to arrive withing 5-10 working days.

Can you ship to my country?
We aim to ship our products worldwide. But unfortunately, a few countries are not supported for shipment by our carrier. Please have a look into our checkout process to see if your country is supported. If not, please send us an email so we can find a solution to get a Bulief watch to your doorstep.

Is my order insured?
Yes, we only ship our watches fully insured.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours to ensure you'll get your new watch delivered as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as the shipment has arrived at our carrier you'll receive a track & trace number by email. This way you can track your shipment untill it arrives at your doorstep.
